Services offered by the Sectional Title Team:
Accounting Services
- Keeping proper book of accounts in terms of Rule 35, of Annexure 8 to the Sectional Titles Act 95 of 1986
- a record of all monies received and expended
- a register of all Owners
- ledger accounts for each and every Owner
Monthly documentation to Trustees
- Monthly preparation of un-audited statements to Trustees
- Monthly variance report on expenses versus budget
Payment of Expenses
- Payment of all expenses after approval by the Trustees
- Arranging of the annual budget for the financial year
- Investment of reserve funds of the Body Corporate
Secretarial
- Safekeeping of records and information
- Compilation and circulation of letters / forms and notices
Attendance at meetings
- Attendance at the Annual General meeting
- Attendance at Trustee meetings [subject to management agreement limitations]
- Arranging suitable venues for meetings at the cost of the Body Corporate
- Support and advice to the trustees on all matters relating to the Sectional Title's Act, current Law as well as High Court rulings
- Assisting in legal requirements for general as well as trustee meetings
